When Community Health Centers complete their annual Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Uniform Data System (UDS) submission, the request for the Certified Health Product List (CHPL) number may be requested.  In this quick tip, we'll discuss the importance of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC)  CHPL number and how to find it in the version of NextGen installed.
