With more than 25 years of Information Technology experience and nearly two decades of serving the unique needs of Health Centers through OSIS, Jeff is uniquely qualified to assist safety-net providers in delivering positive health outcomes through collaboration, training, and the best technological tools and services available.

Jeff began his Health Center focused career as the Director of Information Technology for one of the largest FQHCs in Ohio. He later became the CIO of OSIS, prior to taking the helm. Jeff holds numerous certifications, has served on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Health Information Partnership (OHIP), and was one of the first credentialed Certified Healthcare CIOs in the nation. He is a sought-after subject matter expert, who speaks regularly around the country on Health Center related matters and the importance of sustainability within the safety net that is depended upon by so many in need of these services. 

Aleicia is a dynamic business development leader with over a decade of experience in sales, partnerships, and marketing. Since joining OSIS in 2015, her vision and dedication have driven impactful growth initiatives, client relationships, and team leadership. As Chief Strategic Sales Officer, Aleicia champions the ongoing growth of OSIS’ network of Community Health Centers (CHCs) and the expansion of service offerings, fueling sustainable progress. Her strategic insight and visionary leadership—whether forging key partnerships or shaping long-term business direction—position OSIS to continually empower CHCs in their essential mission: delivering high-quality care to underserved communities.

Jennifer is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over ten years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Her journey is marked by a commitment to fostering employee engagement and empowerment, viewing them as essential elements for organizational success. Jennifer’s strategic acumen, coupled with her unwavering dedication to cultivating positive work cultures, has played a pivotal role in shaping OSIS’s “WE” culture and nurturing high-performing teams.

James serves as the Chief Information Officer at OSIS, bringing over 20 years of executive IT leadership to the organization. Throughout his career, he has held CIO and senior technology roles across the healthcare, finance, and education sectors, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the technological demands within highly regulated industries.

A strategic leader and serial entrepreneur, James specializes in building and scaling robust IT organizations. His expertise lies in driving organizational growth through the implementation of innovative technology strategies.

Accomplished healthcare and Health IT executive with more than 30 years of experience in operations, product management, and organizational leadership. As Vice President of Product Strategy at OSIS, Joy Snyder is responsible for shaping and expanding the organization’s portfolio of innovative, technology-enabled offerings. With a strong focus on expanding OSIS’s service capabilities, Joy Snyder partners closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and healthcare leaders to support sustainable growth and advance the delivery of high-quality care for underserved populations.
