How long does a Readiness Assessment take?
Depending on the scope, most assessments are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, including the final report delivery.
Is this a "pass/fail" test?
Not at all. It is a tool for improvement. The goal is to give your leadership the data needed to make informed investment and timing decisions.
Who needs to be involved from our staff?
We typically need a few hours from your IT lead, a clinical champion, and a member of your operations team. We keep our "footprint" small to avoid disrupting patient care.
