OSIS
Information Services:
is a full-service, high quality, low
cost Management Service Organization serving the technical
and business service needs primarily of the Community Health
Centers with consideration to associated marketplaces in Ohio
and surrounding areas with similar objectives and/or vision.
OSIS will position itself to:
Develop and support the Information System Hardware and
Software support needs of client organizations as its main
mission.
Provide a full-service Management Services Organization
technical product line including electronic medical records,
dental and healthcare billing, patient scheduling, accounts
receivable management; accounting, and associated business
office systems.
Be recognized for high quality and customer focused services
in all product areas.
Provide services at among lowest cost possible.
Encourage all users to share standardized technical capabilities.
Keep current with changes in technology
Spread the fixed cost of technology across a large base
of users to avail technical capabilities that might otherwise
be cost prohibitive.
Partner with organizations within its geographic service
area wherever feasible to access technological capabilities
that would otherwise be infeasible for cost or other reasons.
Provide a menu of services and costs for users to select
those capabilities to use as their situation dictates.
Maintain a client dominated board structure that positions
users as the oversight structure for the services provided
by OSIS.
In this manner, OSIS will establish
itself as the premier provider of technological services to
Community Health Centers and associated organizations in its
geographic area of service, offering the highest levels of
quality at the lowest possible prices within a management
structure dominated by its users.
Our Mission
OSIS Information Services personnel
are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality technical
support at the lowest possible cost to all not-for-profit
Community Health Centers in Ohio and surrounding areas. To
this end, OSIS personnel are focused on reducing cost wherever
practical while delivering and maintaining the highest levels
of quality customer service and technical capabilities for
all Management Service Organization services it provides to
clients.
